The project includes a 4 story basement providing 2500 car parking spaces. The ground floor and its 5 story podium devoted to the shopping mall which comprises shops, food court, playing and entertainment area, restaurants and coffee shops. Hypermarket (16,200 m²) is located in 1^St basement. Two independent towers are located on top of the commercial levels. One of the towers accommodates 19 levels of a luxury office and the other one with 25 levels is a 5* hotel with 200 rooms.
